They forgo the usual dinner and a movie to try for the first free ascent of the Gervasuti route on the east face of the Grandes Jorasses in the Mont Blanc massif of the Alps. They still do dinner though - it's dehydrated vegetable soup. <br /><br />After a pleasant night in one of the least visited huts in the area they set out on their summit bid but quickly find themselves running worryingly behind schedule.
